Estimating Manager

to lead estimating activities across Canada. Reporting to the Vice President, Preconstruction, this role requires a Civil Engineer with strong technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities to manage complex tendering and bid processes, develop competitive design concepts, and lead estimating teams in support of business objectives. Key Responsibilities
