We are looking for an Estimator having experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects.

• Review architectural, MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project requirements and potential challenges.
• Collect as-built information from site inspections and as-built drawings.
• Prepare list of commercial and technical queries and raise RFIs to client consultants.
• Source quotations from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors and negotiate to secure competitive pricing.
• Take-off measurements accurately to ensure precise quantity estimation.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure completeness of scope and cost inputs.
• Prepare detailed BOQs including materials, labour, subcontractor costs, and other project-related expenses.
• Prepare value engineering calculations and cost options based on client s budget constraints.
