The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of construction projects and providing timely and competitive bids to clients.

Responsibilities: Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine the scope of work and materials required. Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment. Develop competitive bid proposals for construction projects. Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely bids. Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
