Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and pricing based on drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Review architectural, structural, and related project drawings to identify scope, material requirements, and cost implications.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to support competitive and accurate bid submissions.
