**Job Title: Estimator**

**Job Description**

The Estimator leads the preparation of detailed cost estimates for capital and ground-up construction projects, ensuring accurate, competitive, and well-documented proposals. This role manages the full estimating lifecycle, from quantity takeoffs and bid package preparation to subcontractor solicitation, value engineering, and final estimate presentation, while supporting preconstruction coordination and mentoring junior team members.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for capital and ground-up construction projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project scope.
+ Perform comprehensive quantity takeoffs and measurements from plans, specifications, and other project documents.
+ Prepare complete bid packages, including scopes of work, clarifications, and supporting documentation for distribution to subcontractors and vendors.
