A well-established heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare complete, accurate estimates for all contract types, including lump sum and time-and-material projects. This role ensures that bids are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with project specifications. The Estimator is also responsible for following up with clients to obtain feedback on proposals and support the overall success of the bidding process.
