We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As an Estimator you will play a crucial role in our organization by preparing accurate cost estimates for infrastructure maintenance and construction projects, analyzing data and contributing to the overall success of our bidding process.

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects of varying sizes and complexities
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates
• Expert in CCS Candy
• Consult with clients, vendors and personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
• Prepare and maintain a database of previous bids and current cost information
• Conduct quantity takeoffs and develop detailed cost breakdowns
• Identify potential risks and opportunities within project estimates
