Job Summary

• The Estimator reviews plans and prepares bid information for commercial landscape and irrigation projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare organized estimates and proposals for landscape, civil, and site construction projects using all necessary project documents including, but not limited to, architectural plans, specifications, RFI’s and bulletins/addenda as well as attend site visits.
• Perform takeoffs from plans and specifications for hardscape, planting, soils, irrigation, and site furnishings
• Structure estimate accounting for labor required, material defined or undefined by project, schedule and logistics.
• Collaborate with colleagues to establish appropriate production rates and define the most competitive source of material or subcontracted work.
