We are seeking an Estimator to join our team to calculate, compile and prepare estimates as part of the pre-construction team. DUTIES:


+ Generate project estimates.

+ Complete quantity takeoffs.

+ Solicit specialty contractors to obtain estimates.

+ Maintain specialty contractor database to insure current information and inclusion of new potential bidders.

+ Assist in preparation of request for proposal documents.

+ Support management team in maintain and updating estimating software/database.

+ Coordinate bid document sharing with all process stakeholders.
