DRYWALL ESTIMATOR

We are seeking an experienced Drywall Estimator to join a winning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial drywall estimating, with proven experience using On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBid software. The role is responsible for analyzing project plans and specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and supporting successful project bidding and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine project scope and requirements
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for drywall, framing, insulation, acoustical ceilings, and related scopes using OST
• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates using QuickBid
• Solicit and evaluate pricing from vendors and subcontractors
• Analyze labor, material, equipment, and production costs
