What you'll do

As an Estimator/CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and producing detailed CAD drawings for fencing and construction‑related projects. You will support tender submissions, interpret project plans and specifications, and ensure all designs and estimates are compliant with industry standards and company systems. This role plays a key part in securing new projects by ensuring all scopes, costs, and documentation are precise, complete, and aligned with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing detailed material take‑offs, bills of quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates
• Producing accurate CAD drawings based on project specifications and client requirements
• Reviewing plans, specifications, and tender documents to identify risks and cost impacts
• Assisting in the preparation and submission of tender proposals within deadlines
