The PwC Operate Application Management Services (AMS) is looking to recruit individuals with a proven track record in Microsoft Dynamics solutions. You will be joining an established team of Support Consultants who provide support and enhancement services to Dynamics clients in the UK and overseas.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 FinOps (Finance and Operation), utilizing expertise in debugging and problem-solving techniques to manage issues effectively.Maintain and manage D365 FinOps environments, ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance.Utilize Life Cycle Services (LCS) to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, leveraging LCS tools effectively for system diagnostics.Experience in working with Azure Logic Apps and integrating them with D365FO operations when necessary.Understand and resolve issues related to performance, configura...
