As an EU Benefits Specialist at Sensata, you will support the delivery of competitive, compliant and employee-focused benefits across the European region.

Working with HR, internal stakeholders and external providers, you will help ensure our benefit plans are well administered, clearly communicated and aligned with local market practice, legislative requirements and Sensata’s commitment to employee wellbeing
# Responsibilities
+ Administer, review and improve employee benefits programmes across the European region, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant and aligned with employee needs.

+ Coordinate health, life, accident, disability, pension and other locally relevant benefits in partnership with HR colleagues, internal stakeholders and external providers.

+ Support benefits queries and process delivery across countries, promoting a consistent and positive employee experience.
