LMW, on behalf of the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) is looking for a Finance and Contracts Assistant to join their team.
The Finance and Contracts Assistant - interim support works under the supervision of EUAA performing some or all of the following tasks:
Provide support in contract management and in financial procedures and related tasks; Provide support, data and information for launching procurement procedures; Provide operational support to the day-to-day financial and administrative procedures regarding requests for services; Provide operational support to the day-to-day financial and administrative procedures regarding processing of invoices and requests for payments; Perform data encoding in internal databases and financial management systems; Provide support in compiling, monitoring and reporting overall and project-specific budgets; Provide support in planning, extraction and provi...
