We are seeking a skilled **EUC Desktop Support Technician** to provide dedicated onsite IT support across customer-owned locations in **Bergen, Norway**. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong troubleshooting abilities in hardware, software, and networking, as well as excellent communication and service skills to support end users, VIPs, and manufacturing-related IT environments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain daily IT operations at customer locations to meet users’ IT needs.
- Provide hands & feet support for servers and networking components as directed.
- Support and maintain manufacturing IT equipment in accordance with SOPs.
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for IT assets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software/network issues under general supervision.
