Job Opportunity: EV Two-Wheeler Sales Executive for Scooter Dealership Roles and Responsibilities:- Maintain a presentable appearance and positive attitude while interacting with customers. Manage leads and enter customer inquiries with complete details into the system. Demonstrate the features of the scooters to potential customers. Conduct test rides and effectively convert them into final sales. Address customer queries regarding scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, finance options, etc. Close sales and follow up with customers. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Achieve a high percentage of test ride completion from scheduled test rides. Convert a high percentage of completed test rides into sales. Adhere to processes and standard operating procedures without deviation. Provide excellent customer experience with no negative feedback. Maintain a high customer experience rating.
