Become a vital part of ChargeLab as a Bilingual Support Specialist in the EV charging sector, providing key assistance for both English and French-speaking users. Resolve technical, payment, and product inquiries through various channels.
This hands-on role is located in our Etobicoke, Toronto office and requires real-time problem-solving and cross-department collaboration. Your focus will be on maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution. Expect to work during a rotating schedule, including a remote shift on weekends.
