The Evaluation and Special Studies Specialist will support the design and implementation of evaluations, analytical studies, and independent monitoring activities across the program portfolio in the health, energy, or economic growth sectors. The role ensures high‑quality evidence to inform program performance, accountability, and adaptive management, translating data into actionable insights and evidence‑based recommendations.
