You will coordinate internal and external trainings, manage onboarding, maintain HRIS data, track KPIs, and support employee engagement in a structured, people-first environment.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR/Business Admin is required; 3–5 years HR experience with L&D focus is preferred.
