The Event Concierge is a highly visible, guest-facing member of the Group Sales & Events team and serves as a key operational extension of the Event Planning Manager team. This role serves as the onsite resource for event planners, VIP guests, vendors, and resort departments, ensuring seamless execution of meetings, retreats, weddings, and special events while delivering exceptional service throughout the guest journey.
The ideal candidate is an internal team member with strong knowledge of Miraval operations, established relationships across departments, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. work flexible schedules, including early morning or late evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
