We’re seeking Event Crew – Drivers to join the Lavender Green team. In this role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to meticulously deliver and install exquisite floral displays at some of the United Kingdom’s most prestigious venues and world heritage sites.

The position is full‑time, requiring a minimum of 42.5 hours per week on a rotational basis. This schedule includes weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), early‑morning and late‑night shifts. Must have personal means of transport to commute to and from Windsor for early starts and late finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack items at the warehouse to ensure safe delivery
• Load and unload adhering to health and safety regulations
• Deliver, install and collect floral arrangements at events with care and attention
