We are looking for someone energetic, eye for details, enjoys creative work, someone who can supports in the planning and execution of the project plans.
Assisting Project Managers in coordinating B2B events from start to end Come up with creative ideas to enhance the event experiences Assist to prepare budgets and ensure adherence Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, venues/hotels Running onsite events together with the project teams Assisting in client servicing/ managing strategic accounts
