Event Hosts play an integral role in ensuring the best possible fan experience at games, concerts, and events at Rogers Arena. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position. A typical shift includes:
Greeting and admitting guests upon presentation of valid tickets, identification or passesMonitoring seating areas and crowd controlDirecting and assisting our guests with any service-related issuesOther duties as required REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in the customer service industryMust be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 5:30pmMust be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of timeStrong English language verbal and written communication skillsAbility to learn and manage variou...
