Position Overview

**Description:**

宴会・婚礼用西洋料理の調理業務 
ホットキッチン、コールドキッチンまたはグランドクラブキッチンでの勤務
候補者の能力により配属先を決定する
ホットキッチン:温製料理の仕込み、調理、盛り付け等
コールドキッチン: 冷製料理の仕込み、調理、盛り付け等
グランドクラブキッチン:冷製料理と温製料理の仕込み、調理、盛り付け等
Western cuisine cooking for Events & Wedding
The assignment is either at Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen or Grand Club Kitchen and will be decided based on a candidate's ability
Hot Kitchen: preparation and production of hot dishes
Cold Kitchen: preparation and production of cold dishes
Grand Club Kitchen: preparation and production of cold and hot dishes

**Qualifications:**

西洋料理の基本調理経験
宴会調理の経験があれば尚可
Basic culinary experience in Western cuisine.
Having Events kitchen experience is preferable.
