About the Role

Strategy Institute is seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing the logistics and operational execution of multiple conferences and events throughout the year.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and has a strong background in conference logistics, venue management, and in office event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage event logistics from planning through on-site execution
• Act as the primary liaison with hotels
• Manage food and beverage requirements, and event logistics
• Manage rooming lists, room blocks, room attrition, and hotel contracts
