Role Objective

Plan and execute Warehouse by Mudita events end-to-end , ensuring timely setup, efficient vendor coordination, budget control, and a seamless on-ground experience while maintaining brand standards and operational efficiency.

1. Event Planning & Pre-Event Preparation

• Plan and manage end-to-end event operations from concept to execution
• Identify, evaluate, and finalise venues, vendors, and fabrication partners
• Verify contracts, licenses, GST documentation, and approvals
• Develop detailed event timelines, task trackers, and execution checklists
