About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical‑thinking event producer to support our SSI within the Fever Originals team in all aspects of production, ensuring high‑quality experiences in the Nordics market.

Responsibilities

• Technical and administrative management – manage pre‑production logistics, vendor selection, post‑production wrap‑up, assess the technical rider, propose changes aligned with budget, and identify efficiencies for upcoming seasons.
• Budgeting – build and maintain production budgets during feasibility, sign‑off, and operational stages; monitor local operational spends, identify optimisation opportunities; manage invoicing and P&L close.
• Partner management – lead due diligence on key partners and suppliers; develop long‑term national‑scope deals to support geographical expansion of projects.
