What you will do:
Support planning and execution of marketing events (conferences, seminars, TechDays, webinars, exhibitions)
Assist with event budgeting and cost tracking for the India region
Coordinate venues and vendors (research, site visits, negotiations, logistics)
Support on‑site event execution
Maintain the marketing events calendar and event checklists
Help with post‑event reporting and improvements
Manage print and marketing collaterals
Work with Pardot, Salesforce, and event management tools
