Job Scope - Support in generating group ticket sales from various sales leads and conducting cold calls to engage communities, corporate, and government organisations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing phone and email inquiries.
- Follow up on after-sales service and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Aid in collaborating with third-party vendor(s) to reconcile accounts and sales.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department for revenue tracking.
