We are seeking a full-time, permanent Events Coordinator to provide planning, project management and on‑site execution for a variety of significant community‑building events such as dinners and receptions for groups ranging in size from 50 to 400. The coordinator also supports conferences. The role reports to the Manager, Conferences & Events, and works closely with Member Services, Marketing & Communications and Finance. This hybrid position requires a minimum of three days per week on‑site in downtown Vancouver, with occasional evening and weekend work.
