Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Prepare relevant external and internal documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing inquiries and correspondence.
  • Maintain departmental filing and tracing systems.
  • Provide clerical support to senior management.
  • Assist in conducting hotel inspections and handling walk‑in inquiries.
Qualifications
  • Passion for supporting the department.
  • Enjoys interacting with people.
  • Professional, discreet, and can handle sensitive information.
  • Advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Communicate and write fluently in English.
  • Preferably has hospitality-related work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational and analytical skills.
  • Adherence to the hotel’s grooming and uniform guidelines.
