Job Title - Events Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Events Management Specialist to manage the planning and execution of a wide range of events including live hybrid and virtual formats. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing brand & client teams vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver memorable and high-impact experiences that support brand objectives engagement and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed event briefs and project plans: define objectives target audiences timelines budgets staffing and vendor requirements.

Source and secure venues negotiate with vendors and suppliers (catering AV décor logistics talent) and manage contracts and service-agreements.

Coordinate end-to-end event logistics: registration invitations guest lists AV equipment set-up/tear-down on-site staffing and vendor supervision.
