Events Manager - DOMA Portugal

Context

We are looking to strengthen our team with an Events Manager to join DOMA Portugal.

DOMA Portugal is a hospitality and experiences venue located in Mafra (Gradil), Portugal. Every year, we host more than 100 events across different formats, including corporate offsites, retreats, weddings, private celebrations, brand activations, and internally developed programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Project Management

• Manage the detailed planning of assigned events, defining timelines, priorities, operational requirements, and key control points;
• Interpret client briefs and objectives, translating them into tailored proposals, production plans, and experiences suited to each event format;
• Prepare and maintain operational documents, including timelines, event orders, layouts, equipment lists, and contingency plans;
