Position Overview

            Job Details  Position:  Events Operations Executive 
Location:  CT Hub - 8 minutes walk from Lavender MRT station 
Working hours:  5 Days Work Week/ Office hours (WFH 2 days per week) + 4 hours off in lieu per month 
Salary:  Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Work on weekends if project requires (off-in-lieu will be reimbursed) 
Duration:  Permanent 
Industry:  Event Management 
 Responsibilities  Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for event execution 
Assist with event setup, logistics, operations, and on‑site coordination 
Support event planning, scheduling, and administrative follow‑up 
Ensure event requirements and timelines are properly carried out
