About the Role

This is a temporary 12–18 month opportunity. The role requires Saturday shifts on a rotating basis and is based out of the Medicine Hat Carry Drive branch, with occasional travel to neighboring branches.

Accountabilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide personalized advice on personal banking products, services, and solutions, matching clients with the right products and escalating complex needs to senior team members.
• Drive Sales with Purpose: Guide retail personal and business clients toward the best savings, investment, and lending products for their short‑term and long‑term goals, including registered and non‑registered investments, credit cards, and less complex lending options.
• Connect and Collaborate: Utilize exceptional networking skills to identify referral opportunities within ATB, ensuring clients access our full suite of services and the right expertise.
