We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee our janitorial cleaning services at client sites in the Phenix City, AL area.
The ideal candidate will manage evening cleaning operations, supervise staff during the 2nd shift, ensure quality control, maintain equipment and supplies, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the facility.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively while maintaining client satisfaction.
