To ensure day-ahead operational readiness by constructing and adjusting airport rosters, managing staffing exceptions, and coordinating coverage through real-time workforce actions and operational calling to support uninterrupted airport operations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support day-ahead roster construction (D-12) ensuring full operational coverage.
• Assist in assigning relief staff based on skills, availability, and regulatory rules.
• Support overtime, reduced overtime, and undertime tracking with proper documentation.
