Billing Analyst 

Purpose of the Billing Analyst

Billing Analyst provides strategic oversight, quality control, and client-facing leadership for revenue cycle operations. While offshore billing teams execute day-to-day transactional billing tasks, the onshore analyst is responsible for accuracy, compliance, client satisfaction, escalation management, and overall financial performance of assigned accounts.

This role serves as the bridge between clients, payers, and offshore billing teams.

Oversight & Quality Assurance of Offshore Billing Work

• Review offshore billing output for accuracy, compliance, and completeness prior to client or payer impact


• Use Excel to analyze billing data using pivot tables and vlookups (required)
