Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 L2 Engineer to support, administer, and troubleshoot M365 services for our global customer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and core identity technologies such as Azure Active Directory. This role provides L2 operational support, escalations, and service improvements.

• Support during USA hours and flexibility to be available during non-business hours for any outage support
• Work with OEM to handle issues and support
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 services including:
- Exchange Online (mail flow, mailbox issues, transport rules)
- Teams (meetings, collaboration, voice basics)
- SharePoint Online & OneDrive (permissions, sync issues, site access)
