GSS Executive Administrative Support
LOCATION: Guadalajara
REPORTS TO: Lead, GSS COE Administration
Job Overview: The GSS COE Admin Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive leaders and departments. Responsibilities include domestic and international travel coordination, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and appointments, event planning and logistics, expense report management, creating presentations, preparing correspondence/documents and invoices for review and signature, ordering office supplies, and other support activities as required.
