The Amazon Ads Advertiser Experience team is seeking a passionate and driven Executive Assistant to support two Directors in our organization.

This role requires planning, time management, and organizational skills. You will have a strong sense of responsibility, decisiveness under pressure, and be customer service-oriented. This position requires high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives. You must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be tech-savvy, resourceful, and a creative problem solver. You will act as the unifier of the team through team socials, events, and programs. You will also partner with onsite operational teams to support the Amazon Ads locations and play a major role in the team's overall site strategy.
