Our client is a leading global Asset Manager is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for an initial 6 month contract with view to extend and or potentially go permanent. 

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years’ EA experience from financial services or similar professional services firms,  along with strong communication skills. They would prefer EA’s with extensive experience in managing high volume travel arrangements and coordinating complex external/internal schedules for team of eight. We need candidates that have closely supported a team of people of all ranks, not only 2-3 senior or just part of general assistants team.
