Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the Business Head s calendar - scheduling internal / external meetings, avoiding conflicts and ensuring time prioritization.

Coordinate with the US teams to align cross-time-zone meetings and projects.

Organize and prepare materials for key meetings, reviews and business presentations.

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing and expense management.

Draft, review, and manage professional communication including emails, memos, and reports.

Plan, book and manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries.

Prepare travel briefs and coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site meetings, events, or visits.

Support the Business Head in strategic initiatives, including preparing reports, dashboards, and timelines.
