We're Hiring | Executive Assistant to Managing Director (Founder’s Office)

As Amaar Kashi enters its next phase of growth, we are looking for an exceptional individual to work directly with the Managing Director and become a key part of the Founder’s Office.

This is not a traditional assistant role.

You will help drive projects, coordinate teams, track execution, maintain business dashboards, manage follow-ups, and ensure important initiatives move from idea to reality.

What You'll Do:

✔ Track and follow up on key business projects

✔ Maintain reports, trackers, and documentation

✔ Coordinate with operations, marketing, vendors, and leadership

✔ Assist in recruitment, meetings, and business planning

✔ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports

✔ Help build systems and processes as the company scales
