Executive Assistant for C-Levels.

Location: Remote (Only Costa Rican or Colombian residents).

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to support our three C‑Level leaders based on the East Coast of the United States and in India. This role is structured under a nearshore model, with candidates located in Latin America (Colombia or Costa Rica) and working remotely with flexibility to support EST time zone operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
• Handle emails, data entry, expense reports, and assigned projects.
• Serve as liaison to board of directors and senior management.
• Coordinate executive outreach and external relations.
• Maintain discretion and judgment in prioritizing schedules and deliverables.
