Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive day‑to‑day administrative support to one or more senior executives, acting as a trusted extension of leadership
• Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones, scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments with precision and foresight
• Screen and prioritize correspondence, including emails, calls, and meeting requests on behalf of executives, drafting responses where appropriate
• Prepare executives for meetings by compiling briefing materials, agendas, background research, and supporting documents
• Take accurate minutes during key meetings and track action items through to completion
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including venue booking, catering, AV setup, and guest management for the Dubai office
