Job Description The Executive Assistant assists the Director in the management and administrative organisation of tasks related to the proper functioning of the elementary school.
Responsibilities - Ensure the physical, telephone and e-mail reception of the various interlocutors (parents, teachers and students at the elementary school).
- Provide administrative support to the direction’s activities, including managing communications to parents/teachers/students (memos/information notes, letters, emails, dashboards...) in both French and English.
- Prepare and follow up on pedagogical board meetings at the request of the management (attendance, writing and sending of reports).
- Ensure regular liaison with the various administrative services and pastoral care.
