Mission The Executive Assistant assists the Director in the management and administrative organisation of tasks related to the proper functioning of the elementary school.
Responsibilities - Ensure the physical, telephone and e‑mail reception of parents, teachers and students.
- Provide administrative support to the Director’s activities:
- Manage agendas and filter parent/teacher/student requests.
- Communicate with parents, teachers and students (memos, information notes, letters, emails, dashboards) in French and English.
- Prepare and follow up on pedagogical board meetings (attendance, report writing, sending).
- Coordinate with administrative services and pastoral care.
- Assist in the organization and promotion of educational projects.
- Draft and publish the weekly Teacher's Gazette (compile, format, write content).
