Our office is located in the heart of Toronto’s downtown core, offering a collaborative and connected environment for our team. We currently operate on a hybrid work model, with employees working in-office 2–3 days per week.

PUSH Media is growing and looking to add an Executive Assistant & Growth Partner. This is a rare hybrid role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads without authority, and gets things done. Roughly 70% of your focus will be on new business development, managing outreach and supporting the pitch process from end to end. The remaining time is split between executive support for our CEO and President (20%) and keeping our Toronto office running smoothly (10%).
