Logic is a Gurugram-based design-build atelier working across architecture, interiors, furniture and execution. We work on homes, workplaces, healthcare, hospitality and other design-led projects across India, supported by an in-house workshop and execution ecosystem — we design and build under one roof.
The role:
An executive assistant supporting the Business & Communications Lead across client and project coordination, documentation, scheduling, follow-ups and day-to-day operations, with some research support. You'll keep information organised, stay on top of what's pending and what's priority, coordinate across teams, and make sure things don't slip.
The work includes:
- Minutes of meetings, task lists and follow-up trackers.
- Coordination with clients, vendors, consultants and internal teams.
- Scheduling, reminders and day-to-day admin.
